This review is from: ASUS Eee PC Seashell 1016PT-BU37-BK 10.1-Inch Netbook (Black) (Personal Computers) Here are already enough detailed reviews of Asus products. I am sure you can get a lemon or a terrible vendor that gives you aggravation. The Asus computers when all goes well are brilliant. I bought this one to replace a hurt unit that I use for work purposes. I loved the software and hardware update, excellent package. So this unit is heavy duty by comparison to the consumer level Asus products. The hinges for the screen are much better than here consumer line. The case seems stronger than say an 1005 line and the mat close stays cleaner looking than the glossier consumer line. I reflect it was a decent investment. Coupled with Windows 7 Professional you get a very nice package. The battery pack last as long as they claim. I can spend most of the working day disconnected from the charger.
